I have a hard time relating to him because he has ruined his life with this way of thinking. I only wish he'd open himself up to this type of lesson, and would therefore, stop kicking his castles down. <br /><br />At least I can learn from him mistakes and take ownership of my own thoughts and feelings. Today was a particularly trying day of parenting, but rather than let my frustration and exhaustion ruin my evening, I turned to my yoga practice and included pranayama and asana to calm my nerves.
