When it comes to promoting kids yoga, help can come from all kinds of unexpected places.
Last week I got an e-mail that my blog was included in their list of the Top 100 Yoga and Meditation Blogs.
What was really interesting was seeing my blog described by someone else. I was happy to see that I'm staying on topic for the blog. Here's the way they saw it:
Teaching Kids Yoga - According to this blogger, leadership begins in toddler-hood! This is a unique and fascinating look at yoga through the eyes of a children’s instructor.
The list was on a website's blog described this way:
The X-Ray Vision-aries Blog
X-Ray Vision-aries is a healthy and green living blog designed for non-health nuts. We hope that by looking at health and the environment in a non-technical and light-hearted manner that makes learning about and improving one's health, environment and life accessible to everyone, we can all learn a thing or two. Enjoy!
Thanks to author of the list: Sarah Scrafford, it must have taken a lot of work to put together the list, and then to let everyone know they were on it too!
Kids Yoga - Just Getting Started
I notice that in the list of 100 blogs, mine was the only one dedicated to kids yoga. It really shows how much kids yoga is in it's early stages. I goal is that this blog can inspire others to bring yoga, meditation, and all its benefits to kids.
